In order to use AI Builder in Power Automate, you need to enable Dataverse.

https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/

Go to Manage -> Environments -> (default)

Add the user as an Environment Maker role in the environment to be able to make new databases.

To see credits used, the user can go to Automation center -> AI Builder activity and see credit usage.

https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/resources/capacity

The admin can see AI Builder credits here.

To get more credits, you need to first make an Azure Subsciption, then you can enable Pay As You Go (PAYG) billing in Power Platform.

Add a PAYG subscription.

Create a resource group for the subcription by going to the subscription -> Resource Groups -> Create. Give it a name like rg-powerplatform-billing. Also go into Billing -> Billing profile invoices -> Edit invoice details -> Invoice email preference and set the email to receive invoices.

Now go to Licensing -> New Billing Plan -> Azure Subscription and select the Azure subscription and resource group you made above. Under Meter, select Copilot Studio. On the next page, select the environment you are using.
