On another Apple device, download Apple Configurator 2 (Apple Configurator on the App Store). Open the app, and sign into the Apple account which has Apple Business Manager / Apple School Manager. Go to settings and at the bottom, select Mosyle as the MDM into which the device should be enrolled.
If the iPad has already been setup, you need to go to Setings -> General -> Erase all Content and Settings.
After the restart, you will have the new device setup wizard. Go through it until you it shows you the WiFi connections list. Do not connect to a WiFi network. At this point, open AC2 on the other device. After a few seconds, the new iPad will show a spinning blue orb. Scan that with the AC2 iPad. It will then tell you to erase the iPad again.
At this point, sign into Mosyle and go to My School -> Basic Setup -> Enrollment -> Automated Device Enrollment -> View devices. Then click the update button in the top right so Mosyle learns the new devices.
At this point, on the new iPad, start the wizard again. After you join the WiFi, it will allow you to enroll the device into the organization.
